User Responsibilities

All users and creators must comply with the following requirements:

  • Ensure that all persons appearing in uploaded content are at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Obtain explicit written consent from all participants appearing in content.
  • Maintain records verifying identity and age of all performers.
  • Comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and privacy rights of others.

Platform Monitoring

JustForFans.app uses automated systems and human moderation to monitor content and ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable laws.

Content that violates this policy may be restricted, removed, or reported to the appropriate authorities.

Enforcement

JustForFans.app reserves the right to take appropriate action if this Acceptable Use Policy is violated, including:

Payment Network Compliance

JustForFans.app enforces platform policies in accordance with the requirements of payment networks including Visa and Mastercard.

Violation of this policy may result in permanent account suspension and removal of associated content.
