Pre-Screening and Moderation

Prohibited Content

Creator Responsibilities

Creators uploading content to the platform must ensure that:

  • All participants have provided explicit and voluntary consent.
  • Valid identification verifying the age of participants is maintained.
  • Written consent or model release documentation is retained.

Enforcement Actions

If prohibited or non-compliant content is detected, JustForFans.app may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Immediate removal of the content
  • Suspension of the creator account
  • Permanent termination of the account
  • Reporting of illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required

Payment Network Compliance

JustForFans.app enforces moderation standards in accordance with the requirements of payment networks, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as applicable laws governing online content platforms.

Users who believe that content violates this policy or applicable laws are encouraged to report it immediately.
